Chef de Partie

We are looking for an experienced and independent Chef de Partie (full-time or part-time). We’re seeking a true team player who, like us, is motivated to improve the business every day.

You will work within our kitchen team across one of our kitchens. Our kitchens operate at various levels, ranging from pizza to fine dining. In addition, we run a busy lunch service and maintain a fully equipped mise en place kitchen.

No matter where you are positioned, you and your colleagues are responsible for delivering quality, creativity, and speed. Mutual respect, along with maintaining a clean and well-organized kitchen, is essential at all times.

Requirements:

• Able to perform well under pressure
• Flexible and adaptable
• Minimum culinary education at level 3 (or equivalent)
• At least 2 years of experience as a Chef de Partie
• Strong team player
• Knowledge of HACCP and well-organized
• Willing to work flexible hours (including occasional overtime)
• Fluent in Dutch and English (Spanish is a plus)
