Beach host

Join the Karakter Beach Team

At Karakter Curaçao, the beach experience is unlike any other. We don’t just serve guests on the beach—we provide the same high level of hospitality and personal attention they would receive in a fine restaurant.

Everything we do is about creating memorable moments. As a member of our beach service team, you play a key role in shaping each guest’s experience and making their day truly special.

Unlike a traditional restaurant, our guests often spend several hours relaxing on the beach. This gives you the opportunity to build genuine connections: have a friendly conversation, share recommendations about Curaçao, and make every guest feel welcome and cared for.

We’re looking for an enthusiastic hospitality professional who enjoys working outdoors, loves interacting with people, and isn’t afraid of working hard in our beautiful tropical climate.

This position is available part-time or full-time.

What we’re looking for

• At least 2 years of experience in food & beverage service
• A true team player with a positive attitude
• Able to perform well under pressure and in warm weather
• Flexible and willing to work varying shifts
• Comfortable working a little extra when needed
• Valid driver’s license and own transportation
• Currently living on Curaçao

What we offer

• Part-time or full-time employment
• 18 paid vacation days per year
• Overtime paid
• Excellent tip income
• Career growth opportunities within a growing company
• A fun, professional and supportive team
• One of the most beautiful workplaces on Curaçao
