Dinner Waiter (Full-time / Part-time)

Karakter is currently looking for an enthusiastic Dinner Waiter.

We are seeking a motivated and experienced hospitality professional who enjoys working evening shifts and delivering excellent guest experiences.

Working hours:
Shifts typically run from approximately 1:00 PM to 9:00 PM, or from 3:00 / 5:00 PM to 11:00 PM.

Both part-time and full-time positions are available.

We value team members who bring a positive attitude, energy, and a genuine passion for hospitality. No matter your role on the floor, you strive to ensure every guest has an exceptional dining experience.

Job Requirements

• Able to perform well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
• Flexible availability
• Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role
• Strong team player
• Willing to work extra or fewer hours when needed
• Own transportation and a valid driver’s license
• Currently residing in Curaçao (preferably Banda Bou area)
