At Karakter Curaçao, the beach experience is unlike any other. We don’t just serve guests on the beach, we create a relaxed and welcoming experience where every guest feels well taken care of.

Unlike a traditional restaurant, our guests often spend several hours relaxing on the beach. This gives you the opportunity to build genuine connections: have a friendly conversation, share recommendations about Curaçao, and make every guest feel welcome and cared for.

As a Beach Runner, you are an important part of our beach service team. Everything we do is about creating memorable moments. You play a key role in shaping each guest’s experience and making their day truly special.

You’ll be working outdoors in our beautiful tropical setting, as part of a young and energetic team. No previous experience is required. What matters most is that you are motivated, reliable, willing to learn, and ready to work hard as part of a team.

This position is especially suitable for students who are available to work during weekends.

What we’re looking for

• No previous experience required: we will teach you what you need to know
• A true team player with a positive attitude
• Available to work mainly on weekends
• Able to perform well under pressure and in warm weather
• Reliable and punctual
• Flexible when extra help is needed
• Available for additional hours during school holidays and vacation periods
• Valid driver’s license and own transportation
• Currently living on Curaçao
