All-Round Hospitality Employee

Karakter is looking for an all-round hospitality employee who enjoys working across different departments (Karakter, Koraal, Bakery, or Pizzeria).

We are seeking a true team player with hospitality experience who enjoys being flexible and working in various roles. This position is available both part-time and full-time.

Wherever you are working, it is essential that you bring enthusiasm and positivity, always striving to deliver the best possible experience for our guests.

Requirements:

• Able to perform well under pressure and in a fast-paced, warm environment
• Flexible and versatile
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in service
• Strong team player
• Willing to work flexible hours (including occasional overtime)
• Own transportation and a valid driver’s license
• Currently living in Curaçao
